They answer the phone, never a robo, press one to listen to music for ten minutes. They find the best price no matter the company. They will mix and match if that what it takes to get you the best rate. They are always friendly and treat me as an old friend. You cannot find a better company to take care of all your insurance needs. I am just a retired farmer but they pay attention to changing situations and adjust to cover them.

Thank you so much for sending out HORIZON RESTORATION SERVICE. We had a major raw sewage issue in our commercial building. That was because of a city sewage clog and pump failure. These guys were so professional and courteous, they are doing a fabulous job. We are not quite finished with all of the contaminated wood and drywall removal yet. But the amount of anxiety they relieved from me cannot be measured. I would recommend them to everyone I know. From the bottom of my heart.. Thank you HORIZON.
