I have been with Brian Holcomb and State Farm for over 30 years. They have always been there for me from car accidents to Home damage, and everything in between. They recently went to bat for me with an underwriter, and got me a refund that I certainly was not expecting, but was very happy to get. The ladies that work here are awful, Elvita can't complete simple requests, she's very unprofessional and rude. All she says is "I can't do that." She should not be working in a customer facing role.

This is one of the best agencies around town! All the employees are knowledgeable and caring about their customers needs. Very professional. Elvita is the best! She always is putting a smile on your face even if just paying a bill.Cares about how you are doing and how your day is going. Always helpful and will get an answer to whatever questions are asked. If your having a bad she makes sure you walk out that door with a smile on your face.She deserves a raise! Love how personable this office is.

The worst company I have ever dealt with I was with State farm for over 35 years. A fire ruined my home and I had the elite plan with inept adjusters and poor results. Took 2 years to settle my claim. Stay away, run. Go anywhere but here
