Lets start with the set up for the appointment I called July 08 to schedule I spook with a Lady who wasn't even sure during scheduling if they appointment she was giving me would be correct until day of so she tentatively scheduled it for Monday July 12 for a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. July 12 comes and a gentleman calls my phone stating they will be arriving soon and again asking for the Unit to be unlocked at that time I confirmed with him of the 2 units that needed to be serviced, He confirmed and stated how long he would be for both. Following me and the gentleman conversation he completed

I just moved into a new home in Alta Sierra that needed some serious carpet and tile cleaning. I called Carpet Pro because of the good reviews on Yelp and was extremely satisfied with the service that Daniel provided. Daniel not only provided me with his professional and personable service, but also explained to me how their system works and also directed the carpet cleaner. True professional! Very satisfied!!

This people are non professional and rude.,
in my case they got a job request that they took in and never did..
on top of that they have the nerve to call back and take the job stating that they will show up at 1 pm ...
this Brian guy decides to show at 5 pm with no courtesy call before knowing he was going t be 4 hours late..
to say that he can't do it the day his office said it was gonna be done..
on top of that he has the nerve to tell us that we shouldn't move in a new place without getting the carpets done..
what ever happened to customer service or at least an apology..
instead

Patty, & Brian have cleaned my carpets for 15 years! They are always prompt, and accommodating. Brian and his staff always go above and beyond what I ask them to do. I had an older dog who had some accidents. I was always amazed at how well they were able to get the stains out! I highly recommend them to clean your carpets and even your couch!
