I used Home Mortgage Plus in 2019 and again in 2020. It was the best experience I have ever had with mortgage loan financing. Zack Adams was my loan representative. It always seemed he was really focused on getting me the best outcome.

I recently worked with Leah Green @ HomePlus Mortgage on a townhouse refinance. Shortly after I submitted a refinance quote via HomePlus website, I got a phone call from Leah and she let me know the refinance rates and answered all my questions about the process. I had done some comparison shopping in advance, and the rates were definitely lower than other lenders' rates. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Leah to at least get a quote on your refinance, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. We discussed all transaction costs upfront, and there were no hidden fees.

We've never used other loan services before. Don't go to your bank! They won't find you rates compared to HomePlus Mortgage.
This was our second refinance and Chris Ross carried us through it, as he did our first home purchase 6 years ago. Chris found the best loan terms we've could have hoped for. The responsiveness, and the time Chris will take to explain every little detail is outstanding. I'm not sure what we would have done without Chris' help!

Such an awesome experience compared to previous refinances with other companies. We worked with Chuck Crowder and had a well informed initial call with no pressure quote and said he'd try to lock our rate as late as 7pm the night we submitted the loan application and close by month end. This was on April 12th. We signed closing docs on April 21st with a notary! Never had it done that quick before! Most everything can be submitted online and they are super easy to work with. Bad comunication and lie after lie i have good credit and decide to rif my mortgage they offer 2.62 i got that all fees where decent at first but then when i lock it and at the last min star hitting me with this fees and extra thing i couldnt do nothing about it because rates went up and was no competition on market obviously but his name was zach Williams thanks for the extra fees zach like all knows you dont buy even a soda with out a quarter misssing right hope this work for all that want to jump with this.
