One of the first choices a homebuyer will need to make is whether you want a fixed-rate or an adjustable-rate mortgage loan. David is amazing, absolutely amazing. Not only is he great at his job he is also a genuine person who truly cares about his clients. We found David in desperation after another broker put us in a terrible position and nearly cost us our house at the end of escrow! David immediately calmed us down and he was able to pull off a good deal within just days to save our house. We are new to California and throughout the entire process he walked us through every step kindly explaining everything we needed to know in detail. I have purchased homes for over 30 years, and American Veteran Mortgage is the best that I have ever seen. Not only am I repeat customer, but they have helped me out of difficult situations several times. I have had the pleasure of using there service 4 times in the last 7 years. Not only was I treated with respect, but my concerns were genuinely addressed. I can't thank them enough, I have had the pleasure of not dipping into my retirement, which makes a world of difference. If big banks are ignoring you because they don't see you as a cash cow. I would totally recommend American Veteran Mortgage

David is an amazing lender and the best to come! I really can't thank him enough for making my first home purchase as stress free and quick as possible. When I contacted him, I was a little apprehensive--I had just gotten rejected from a lender broker and we had a very tight timeline. However, within a week (and, no I'm not kidding. The loan got approved the day it went into underwriting) he worked his magic and the loan got approved in record time.

The experience i had with David was exceptional. Very informative, very patient with me because I terrified first time home buying wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Excellent experience with American Veteran Mortgage!!! Dave was extremely quick in approving and funding my purchase loan and we were able to close escrow in less than 26 days. Not only did Dave communicate well with my realtor, but also built a trusting relationship with the seller’s agent, which was instrumental in assuring my purchase offer was accepted. The entire process was incredibly convenient for me in spite of my constant travel- I am difficult to track down. Dave was very skillful and patient in getting me though the process effortlessly.
