Purchased a Christmas gift a month in advance , opened it up and was given the wrong item. But since I didn’t return in it in a 72 hour period I would have to pay delivery fees , re shelving fees etc.. OPEN YOUR PURCHASE FROM SELF PICK UP BEFORE THEY EVEN LOAD IT IN THE Vehicle. Because now I have to pay a delivery fee ( which is why I went in person and picked it up myself to begin with to avoid extra fees ) to have them come swap out the incorrect item with the correct one. Why am I paying extra for their mess ups ? Oh that’s right policy , policy from the incorrect product given , got it

Eva greeted my wife an I shortly after we arrived at their Katy showroom located next to their corporate office and warehouse. Eva was very helpful, and was able help us make a great selection of living room furniture. Eva’s knowledge of the store and their products allowed us to make a quick decision without spending hours looking. Very unprofessional! The managers also are liars! I will be calling corporate and reporting them. I have ordered a dining set which was in stock when i placed the order. A couple days before delivery i was informed it was not available but i will receive the table on 11/24 by a rep that contacted me 11/20 - I informed the rep i will need my delivery for sure Wednesday because i am hosting a thanksgiving dinner i was informed i will have it 11/24 with no issues. I never received a call Wednesday so i end up contacting them at 10:00 i was told by a rep no delivery was set up but the dining table

Do not spend your money here go somewhere with better quality. You will be dissatisfied. Their products are cheap. I purchased a bunkbed from here and the wood was split open when I received it. I paid someone (not them) to put it together. Well when I called to get it replaced they were closed due to it being Sunday. I was told I would have to pay $100 extra for them to come out and replace the part. Then it was you can get it from 8 to 5 my work hours. But it has to be done within 3 days. Then I was frustrated and said well let's just give the whole bed back and she said 25% restocking fee. It

Bel furniture such it does not deserve a rating.i brought a sectional three months ago it was delivered but the recliners on the left side went out in three days I call them and advised them and request for a replacement but they setup a tech to come out to see what was wrong it took two weeks for someone to come out. Then he stated that the motor went out I told him that we just purchased the sectional and paid cash. He advised me that someone would call me they never did so I called them spoke to Margaret she said she would look into the problem and call me back waited two day she didn

I completely understand the delay in getting the furniture in stock due to Covid and a "potential" hurricane in our area. What I am upset about is the lack of communication. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my furniture and the day it is supposed to be delivered I get a call sayiing it's in the warehouse but I won't receive delivery for 4 days. Let's hope the couch is better quality than the customer service we received both in store and on the phone.

We love our bed and give it 5 stars so far, but this review only applies to my experience with customer service after our bed was delivered.

The guys gave us a courtesy call, which I requested when I placed my order, when they were about an hour away. When they arrived, my husband asked if they can take off their shoes. Well, so far so good! I spent about 2 hours with my partner looking for the right living room coaches and tables. The salesman "MT" was very patient and very helpful. We picked the furniture and tables and we scheduled a rush delivery (paid extra for it to be delivered before thanksgiving). I was shocked when the delivery arrived on time. The men set up everything, all parts and pieces were in excellent condition and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I even went back after Thanksgiving to buy a rug!
