They came to my rescue when my roadside assistance with USAA left me stranded for over an hour! They came in less time than quoted (~ 15 minutes) and they guys were so helpful and such sweethearts. They hooked my car up fast and took me to the nearest tire shop. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I called because my car couldn't start and I needed a tow to my mechanic. The person who arrived jumped my battery to see if it could drive up the tow ramp on its own. It was able to start and he saw nothing wrong with the alternator, so he left it up to me if I wanted a tow. I decided to drive myself because it was close and easier than getting it on and off the truck. I appreciated him explaining what he was doing and why, and offering some basic pointers for dealing with my battery issues. My service with One Direct came through Geico, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them even without insurance

Travis was wonderful! He called on the way to ensure I was in a safe location with my car while I waited for him to arrive and was prompt and very professional. He was a absolute life saver (and thanksgiving saver), he drove 180 miles round trip on Thanksgiving to help tow my car back home!! Highly recommend!

I had a dead battery at the Wegman's in Cary off of Davis Drive around 7 o'clock one evening. I called a few towing companies to come and give me a jump but didn't get much of a response from any of them until I called this company. They were polite when the young lady answered the phone and said their drive would call me right back. He called within a couple of minutes and said he was on his way. He was their to help me in about 15 minutes when the others were all over an hour. I would use this company again in the future and I would highly recommend you give them a call first

These guys are amazing! Dispatch could be a little more polite but the gentleman who helped me yesterday was very professional and very nice. He got to me in a timely manner and he was kind enough to give me directions to the gas station( I wasn't familiar with the area). Even when I had accidentally passed up the gas station (he was headed there too) he called to redirect me! I felt like I was in such good hands. Highly recommend everyone in the Cary area to use One Direct Towing!

Update:
I ended up having my truck towed back to my house because it was not feesable to fix it right now. I told my husband to call these guys again. I sent him the number and made sure he called and had them tow us home. Even my husband was impressed at the reasonable rate and how efficient they were with my truck etc. We have a tricky steep driveway so the driver dropped the truck in the middle lane and backed my truck all the way down the driveway into one of the spots. Once again can't complain about the service the people all wonderful, caring professional people. Can't

I was in Raleigh for business and leaving to head back home with a 4 hour drive ahead of me. With all the debris in the Raleigh highways, i apparently ran over something that cut the tire on my 2016 Camaro SS. Stuck on the side of 40 when it's almost 90 degrees is not a good situation.
