Today was a miserable comedy of errors. On my way to an early dinner after a visit to the optometrist where I found out that my entire family of 4 needs prescription glasses, my rear breaks (replaced less than 7 months ago) exploded destroying my Rim and leaving me stranded at 4PM a quick call to AMEX roadside hooked me up with a different tow company that kept promising me a tow in 45 minute increments. finally at 7PM I cancelled that mess and got put in touch with Greg at Cticket Towing. With a new promise of 45 minutes I was skeptical. Low and behold Greg arrived at 7:30 ahead of schedule and

These guys rock! Awesome! We were in a situation waiting on another towing company (who I won't name FYI they're terrible) anyhoo... called at 2pm and they were here at 2:20pm. Thomas was the driver and if I could give 10 stars I would. Great guy who cares about the customer and their vehicle. Very professional and just down right good guy! Thank you Thomas and Cricket.
