Over the years and many changes I have had while renting with Crown, I have only had the best and positive experience. Crown Property understands the real world of being renters, they show concern and assist in difficult choices when they can.
No matter which of our managed properties you have decided to call home, we look forward to assisting you with any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests you may have. Please take a few moments to activate your Tenant Portal, where you will have the ability to make rent payments, enter maintenance requests 24/7, contact management, and view your financial history.
You can pay online through your Tenant Portal with your bank account (free!) or debit/credit card (additional fees apply). We also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. These can be dropped off to our office in West Salem (there is a drop box for after hours payments), or mailed to Crown Property Management, Inc. PO Box 5790 Salem OR 97304.
If you have an emergency (fire, flood, etc) and currently rent from Crown Property Management, Inc., please call the number above. Please make sure to complete as much information as possible. We require liability insurance, workers compensation insurance if you have employees, and an active CCB license, if applicable.

I have been at these apartments for almost a year now. Although we have had issues with some parking (my fault) but other than that it’s quiet, clean, and I am loving all the nature around here. Very reasonable prices and quite spacious. Picture from my balcony during the winter (2022)

I'm currently (2022) a resident of Cinnamon Lakes Apartments residing here for appoximately 4 years. Outside of the apartments being beautiful and scenic, ducks, geese, squirrels, deer, and wild turkeys wander about in close viewing range. I cant express enough how pleasant it's been to call it home. Crown Property Management and Owners of the complex have made this possible by providing EXCELLENT management of complaints, apartment maintenance issues, and a seemingly overall caring and respect for the tenants. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

I highly recommend crown. They have been very good to my bf and I. Crown originally took over our complex from another rental company. We could not have been blessed at a better time, as the previous was not the best. Crowns rent is reasonably priced, management is always on top of their game and maintenance issues are never a concern. We have been with them for just about a year now. Their staff is super friendly and informative. One thing I do wish is that there was an easier process for tenants who are wanting to move to a different location that is still managed by crown instead of going through

They manage the apartment we rent. They are fair when it comes to following the laws on renting to people who have criminal history. Shoplifting once shouldn't stop someone from being able to rent an apartment. So many other rental companies said it had to be 5 years with no charges. Minor misdemeanors like that are only 1 year, Crown followed those laws and we were able to rent through them. We have now lived here over 3 years. We like to pay rent in person, and the office is located on this property.

I live in a duplex managed by Crown Property Management and I just felt I needed to come on here and tell my experience because they have been amazing!! As most of us know this last year was very hard in many ways, and for myself a single mother of 3 kids fell hard on COVID restrictions and ended a job well with the help of Crown Property they help me get my rent paid and more they were so informative to me and understood my situation without judgement and really help me and my kids, bless them.

We just recently moved into a home managed by Crown, and we’re very happy with them so far. They’ve been professional and communication has been consistent, which is much appreciated. Also they have an app for tenants to request maintenance, pay rent, etc. thanks for being a great company to work with!

My very first apartment was with Crown Property Management, since April 2017 and I just moved out last week. They have been so amazing, always so kind and helpful! I was sad to go but I needed more space for my babies otherwise I would’ve definitely stayed with them at the Arboretum apartments. They are quick to fix any maintenance issue! Marianne, Linda, Matt, Deb have all have been extremely helpful & polite. Thank you all for everything. If you are considering renting from them, do it!
