At Western Custom Cabinetry, we help customers personalize their homes, guiding them through the process by way of 25+ years of industry knowledge and design expertise. Our owner, Jeff Friesz, was raised in the home improvement industry and grew-up helping his father run a Home Center on the west side of Cincinnati.
When his father's company sold, he moved on to other ventures but found himself drawn back to the cabinetry industry. Jeff worked with several cabinet suppliers over the years and was frustrated with the lack of options he was able to present to his clients. There always seemed to be a need for custom cabinetry in specific size increments or finish options unavailable through semi-custom product lines.

Services
Our Amish Custom Cabinet is built to order. You'll be able to customize every last detail of your kitchen cabinetry, including the type of wood species, finish, color, style, and hardware. All of our Amish Custom Cabinets feature solid wood doors, dovetail drawers, soft-close doors and drawers, and a modern finish.
We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. I have order cabinets for my small kitchenette in the basement. This company made everything possible in the wrong way: measurement (we have to open dry wall and redo the pluming), instead of 3 top cabinet, they
made one wide cabinet, and instead of wood used veneer for the top cabinets. One of he door came scratched and they would like us to pay the second part of the contract in order to replace it. They also forced you to sign of all measurements, in order if they made them inaccurate, the client would be in charge.

We visited the Cincy Build show last October and saw the beautiful cabinetry displayed by Western Custom Cabinetry. The workmanship is outstanding. Our kitchen designers Melissa Kehayes and Leah Mercon were invaluable and wonderful to work with. Our kitchen is beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Western Custom Cabinetry.

I'm really glad I found Western Custom Cabinetry. They worked really quickly to get my custom kitchen and master bathroom vanity done exactly how I wanted them for a really competitive price. There were a couple of things that weren't totally perfect that they fixed in record timing. I would suggest making sure they have their own person come measure, or working with someone that can draw exact measurements. Our drawings were off which caused issues - not their fault, but still a giant pain.
