We are so pleased with our kitchen remodel. From the moment we visited the West Chester showroom and met Jonah it was such a smooth process. Jonah is a pleasure to work with and has great design ideas. He promptly returns phone calls and is very professional. Chris was hands on and very detailed oriented. Since we had structural, plumbing and electrical issues he made sure everything was completed correctly. John the head contractor was prompt, hard working and professional. Everyone at CAC was absolutely incredible to work with! Jessica helped us pick out the perfect countertops that complete the look and help tied it all together with our new floors. Chris made sure we got our new kitchen as fast as they possibly could and we couldn’t appreciate it more! John and the installation team were so professional and did a wonderful job. We cannot recommend working with this team enough. We are so grateful and SO happy with our new kitchen!

Outstanding responsiveness and service. I needed a custom backsplash made to match my existing kitchen granite. CAC By Design responded within a short period of time to my initial inquiry. Though it was a “small” order, they responded quickly and treated me like a customer with a “large” order. The match was perfect. I highly recommend CAC By Design for your custom granite needs.

Worked with Maggie, told her what we were looking for , she suggested we go with Quartz which they had on sale and it would be less expensive and more durable that what we had been thinking. She set a date for the technician to make up a template and also scheduled the installers. Everyone showed up on time and the installation went beautifully. the counter looked amazing, then the tile person came to do the backsplash, the install of the tile went smoothly and perfectly. The installers that CAC has are the nicest most personable folks and they do an excellent job. We are very happy we chose CAC

If you are looking for great customer service, a great product and a great price for a granite application, look no further thant CAC By Design. My project was certainly not the biggest but you'd never know it by the attention I received. I have had other companies put granite in my home but no longer!
