I was curious on prices and availability and how some services work since I had never gotten certain services before, so I texted the number on their website, asking about it all. (Since they advertise texting rather than a phone call) I got a response basically telling me to talk to someone else. What the hell? Ummm no. I guess they don't want my business. Tip for the people that work there, make it easier for your customers to get the answers that they need. Don't just tell them to talk to someone else. That's an inconvenience to your customers. I thought this place looked high

I see Jessica for lashes, facials and brows...and this woman is a TALENTED ANGEL! My lashes last way longer than I thought they would, my skin has cleared up and I'm feeling better than ever. The products are clean, the staff is super friendly. The entire set-up is relaxing and I look forward to each visit. Thank you!

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of this place. The spa is open, peaceful, and with a serene atmosphere styled with Scandinavian flare. But along with chillest ambience, the services were amazing. Getting my eyebrows waxed by the owner, Kelly Gambino actually felt like a spa experience, rather than painful wax service.

Kelly had done my brows for a good year before she moved to Oregon with her family. She completely transformed my thin, uneven and just plain awful brows. Seriously awful brows. I would just go to the local nail salon until I was introduced to her. She's absolutely amazing at what she does. I have been lucky enough to have my brows set an example thanks to Kelly and have had countless friends and family see her. I am so thankful she is back in Albuquerque. If you want perfect brows you must try out this spot. I've never loved my brows until Kelly got a hold of them. She's friendly, clean, gentle and extremely talented. I will never go anywhere else for my skin care needs. I highly recommend melted brow bar. I got mine tinted and shaped. And I absolutely love them.

Kelly is the absolute best! So glad she's back in Albuquerque. I looked for a brow artist for over a year, and was lost when she moved away. I used to see Kelly when she lived in Albuquerque, NM because she is the best at what she does! Now that I live in Oregon, I looked her up right away. And don't just believe me, she was voted Best Esthetician in Albuquerque's Best of City awards. She is very easygoing and relaxed and has the technique --- your brows will come out great!

Kelly is AMAZING! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for ten years now and have never had them look as good as they are after Kelly does her magic. I have thick, black, bushy (when not kept) eyebrows and when they get messed up during a service, they are MESSED up. So when finding Kelly's work on Instagram I knew I had to give her a try. Immediately, she makes you feel super comfortable and talks about what she is going to do. She gave me some pointers at filling in a couple spots that were waxed away at a previous salon and was kind when teaching me as I have never "filled" in

The moment you walk into Flashback you are immediately calmed. The waiting room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. I've had massages, facials and waxing all of which I go back for on a regular basis. The owner is fantastic and the people that work with her are just as great. I love this spa and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Professional, relaxing, welcoming... The best environment! Each service is unique and customize able! For someone like me who is very picky about my needs and wants, especially when it comes to my eyebrows and complexion, Flashback is the perfect place for me! I've never had a service that wasn't exactly what I wanted/needed and the prices are absolutely un-beatable! I also appreciate the flexibility with scheduling & the education you get as you go! I've learned so much about my skin and I will never go anywhere else!!!!! I tell everyone I know! Flashback is the best!!!!
