Erin is the owner and sole practitioner at Vitality Integrative Skin Clinic. She holds multiple board certifications including Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She also has received extensive training in Functional Medicine through IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine).

This is who you need to see in Bend!! Erin is the best! I’ve been treating myself to Botox and Fillers for over ten years and nobody has done as good of a job as her! (I’ve been her patient for a year now)
