My husband and I wanted to add a wall in a large bonus room above our garage, in order to create a second office space. We also wanted to add recessed lighting in both upstairs spaces. In addition, we wanted our home repainted with a fresh coat of paint throughout. Ryan, the owner, was very responsive and was able to come out and give an estimate… the following day. His contractors were able to begin work before his estimated date and all of his workers were friendly, efficient and extremely professional. Ryan and his team were very professional, thorough, careful and competent. Ryan was really easy to work with and kept me up to date on all the plans. He listened carefully to any requests I had and every aspect of the job was very well done. His sub contractors have a lot of respect for him and they were each excellent crafts people. I would definitely choose Housing Solutions again for a project. My project was a bathroom remodel including extensive plumbing work. Turned out great!

Housing Solutions remodeled two bathrooms for me. The quality of workmanship was excellent. In addition, I was kept up to date of the daily work schedule and all Issues that arose during construction. Every worker in my home was polite and respectful of my home and the fact they I was living there during the renovation. My home was cleaned at the end of every work day. I would hire Housing Solutions again with no reservation.
