I can’t say enough about Ideal Collision Center! I had used this shop under the old management but Santos and his staff made my car look like it did when I bought it. I am so pleased with their work. I had only had my car a few months when l had fender bender. Santos made the process so simple. Going over the claim paperwork and making sure l had a rental while my car was being repaired! They completed the work in record time so l had my car for Christmas! I am definitely recommending them to friends and family.

It’s been a whole year since I bought a car from ideal collision till this day I have not had an issue with my vehicle. What I loved about doing business with them was how professional they were! they delivered they made me feel confident about the purchase that I was making and that if I was not happy come back we got you. I haven’t had a need to call them because The vehicle has exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased that I choose Ideal Collision to repair my bumper from a rear end accident. Ideal Collision was communicative, they were supportive in ensuring all my transportation needs were met while my car was in the shop and super punctual. My car looked absolutely stunning when it was completed I have yet to have the experience from an auto shop that I’ve had with Ideal Collision. I highly recommend this shop, and will more than likely recommend this amongst friends and family.

The customer service was great from start to finish. I was working to repair my vehicle from 2 separate accidents. Each accident had a different insurance company. Hank assured me things would be taken care of for each Insurance accident and they were. Jay was also very accommodating for me to pick up my car and drop off the rental. The team work there is number one! Communication between services is great too. If I left a message, it got to the person it needed to go to. Phone calls were well received. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and professional.

I contacted Ideal Collision to see if they could replace a gas tank cover for me. The service was exemplary to say the least. They ordered my part right away, answered any questions I had, maintained communication throughout and ensured I had quality results. The paint match was spot on and the customer service when I went to get it installed was top notch. I will definitely be using them for further services and you should too!!

Getting into a car accident is never fun. My friend recommended this place to me after my car was hit and needed a new fender, grill, and front bumper. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did! My car looks amazing. They worked fairly quickly and they even sent me picture updates directly to my phone! Excellent customer service and I will recommend to my family and friends!

Had to get my bumper replaced. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. They even stayed until I got out of work to drop my car off after hours. The work was phenomenal!! About 2 weeks and my car was done. They even assisted with helping me get a rental (this was my first time getting my car repaired and I was unprepared) I love the work they did how professional they were and how they kept me in the loop and did things on time even having my car done 2 days early WITH A HOLIDAY! I’m impressed and I think everyone should go there. Even the detailing was amazing. Would def recommend !!!

I had to repair my rear bumper and some adjacent panels, and a friend recommended ICC to me. They had recently renovated and the business looks great. Hank was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and he provided great service. He was flexible and the quote was also spot on Needless to say, there were no surprises (unless you count good surprises - ended up saving $30 on a quoted part that didn't end up being necessary, but was quoted just in case as it is not visible without taking apart the bumper). I recommend Hank and ICC for sure.
