Unfortunately my car was declared a total loss. John was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process with the insurance company. John was super pleasant professional and always answered my calls questions etc. If it wasnt for him i would of not known any better and would have settled for less than i was entitled too. I asked John to look at my car to see what he could do for a piece of molding which was loose from my car and hanging. He was able to make a couple of adjustments in order to secure the piece back on. I worked with John. I recently hit a deer and needed to bring it in to be looked at. Unfortunately my car was a total loss. John was very helpful with helping me with the whole process all the way down to making sure I got the full value for my car with my insurance. I would highly recommend coming to this shop. After getting into my first accident John went out of his way to help me go through insurance and getting a car rental before leaving my car to get fixed. My car looked great after picking it up and they even helped me with issues with my headlights from poor wiring from U-Haul. All the guys are extremely helpful and do an amazing job at making your car look new again.

Just got my car back after 4 weeks and 3 days at the shop. John was very good with communicating to me the whole time. He was dealing with the nightmare we call car insurance. The Viking appraisal they sent out kept in quote to fix my car the right way. After several week, John gave me the option to fix it or fight for more money. The money was to fix it the correct way. I am not going to lie about the situation, it started to become frustrating. When I finishly got pick up my car, I was impress by how nice the repair was and detail my car. I would recommend getting your car done here.

Can not say enough good things about Ace Auto Body! From John (the owner?) who knew exactly what to look for on my car at the accident location to the bearded guy, (painter?) who did an unbelievable job on the paint matching and blending, to the gorgeous girl in the front office who I would expect to be a model rather than in an auto body shop..(family?) but she was very prompt and responsive in regards to the insurance paperwork, and getting the adjuster to actually show up and approve the repairs. Which btw, if you have Plymouth Rock Insurance, good luck!

I had visited him several times with different unusual requirements as my track (2008 evo x) is heavily modified and nothing is straight forward in it and john and his team were always able to solve it and give me the right feeling of confident in their work...

Above and Beyond Expectations

My 2013 Mitsubishi Evo X was backed into by a neighbor. Knowing a fellow car enthusiast/Evo owner with an impeccable paint job, I asked him who he had do his work: Ace Auto Body. I am beyond impressed with this shop (John's) knowledge, expertise, and care for their customers' cars as well as the customers themselves. Not only did John expedite getting a tow truck out to me to get my car but he was available any time I needed to get into contact with him. My insurance company quoted $1900 for repairs (I'm noting this due to the end actual total). John

Ace Auto Body provided great service, communication, and repairs! John was frequently in touch to let me know where they were in the process of my repairs. He worked with my insurance company and rental car place for me! My car was also shiny and clean inside and out after being there for a week.

Let me tell you about Ace auto body and the owner John and the experience I had when I brought my Nissan Murano in for body work after being hit by a truck coming out of the Tip O'Neill tunnel in Boston. I brought my van over to Ace a few weeks ago for a rear quarter end repair. It was great as John helped me with everything from letting me know who to call (to get the ball rolling for the insurance) and , keeping bbq in touch with me for scheduling a convenient time. It took a few weeks and then he called me letting me know it was set. I even dropped my enterprise rental with them and they made sure enterprise back. I have used Ace Auto Body for accident repair and customizations. When someone drove into my front quarter of my brand near car, their repair looked perfect. The car look like it was near involved in anything as the paint matched and the lines were straight.

They have also painted my roof and rims and the quality is second to none.

Ace is the only body shop for me. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.
