Been here 10 years. Different property manager every year or so since day 1. Old apartments they charge for water in the rent. I live alone and I'm charges the same amount as a tenant with 6 or more people. They illegally allow and rent to more people per apartment than the law requires in California per square feet. Rent is raised wbeey year this place isn't worth the $1450 o pay a month for a 2 bedroom. Don't waste your money or time, they care only about making money and renting to low life's who don't follow the rules.
