I called on New Year’s Day to get manicure and pedicure done, it sounded like they were gonna close earlier that day but when they knew I would come, they waited for me. I showed up and thankfully there were three other people in the building getting nails done. I was helped immediately, staff was very attentive and friendly.
Lynn did such a great job, and always asked me how I liked what she was doing, I really like that. My nails and toe nails are now perfect for my trip and I cannot thank these ladies enough for being open on a Holiday!

Staff were rushing us (party of 3) for Mani and Pedi combos. My nails weren't painted on the sides, my hand got burned on nail dryer. Lady was mad and rude because I got regular instead of gel polish. My daughter is missing a toenail and the guy sat there stuck and didn't know to just go to the next one. He made her very uncomfortable 😣

Friend and I went for pedicures. She called same day and got us appointments. They offered 2p or 230p, we took the 2p and arrived on time and picked our colors immediately. We were sat almost immediately, however proceeded to sit for 30 min with no water in our foot tubs and no one communicating with us. Finally 30 min in they filled our tubs, but left us sitting for another 15 min with no service. Shortly after they finally started, they both up and left us with no word... gone for 10 min about. We finally finished with poor polish jobs 90+ min after we arrived.

I hate to be the critical person but you definitely overcharged for my hard earned money. I came in about 4 or 5 days ago. I didn't get what I asked for. I asked for a rainbow drizzle over Black nail on my ring fingers and black holographic on the rest of my nails. I got holographic but definitely didn't get rainbow colors drizzled on my nails. Then the top coat was to thick and when I put my hands under the light, the top coat dropped Down all my fingers and burnt me. Also 2 of my nails broke today. I've had them less then a week. By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. They were very rough on my nails. Insisted on painting my nails while getting a pedicure. Got nail polish allllll over my nails. Nail polish is caked on my nails. Polish is chipping on several nails after one day. I would not recommend going here.
