This is the most professional, honest inspection company I have ever used in the 25 years I have been buying homes. They aren't out to scare you like alot of companies do; instead, they are thorough and discerning. They take time to tell you what matters, what can wait and why. I trust the owner completely and respect how he selects his inspectors and trains them well. These people actually care about us and our homes which is so rare these days. Scheduling is easy and the inspectors are accessible. I'm not related to anyone at this company. I am just so impressed with everything they do.

Cristian was wonderful - we're very glad he was referred to us for our home inspection. Incredibly professional and thorough, he arrived early and left no stone unturned during the inspection.
Throughout the inspection process, he very patiently answered all the questions we asked while he went through the house and we followed him around to learn as much as we could. The inspection went longer than expected but he didn't cut corners as it got later in the evening and the report was in our hands very quickly later that same evening. We'd definitely recommend Cristian!

I recently ordered a radon test from Lee Fletcher with Square One. Lee promptly scheduled the test and dropped off the radon test equipment. He provided thorough instructions I needed to follow while the test was in progress. Lee let me know in advance when he was placing and picking up the radon test equipment, so the access process was very smooth. Square One has their own certified in-house lab so I was able to receive the radon test results via a full lab report the same day as pick-up.

I worked with Dylan who is like a modern day super hero. He was amazing. He was all over this house! Patient, professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. He was able to truly dissect my potential new home. He asked me questions and checked in with me along the way to make sure I understood the process. He provided thorough answers to all my questions. And I’m not handy by any means and he used terminology that registered for me. I definitely recommend Dylan and will be looking to employ his services if I need it in the future.
