First of all, I did not use Steve’s service and he canceled it during our earlier discussions after scheduling a time. I am glad it happened because it could be more trouble for me later on. I have to agree with the other reviewer about Steve getting offended when you ask him questions. I was unsure about the various service level, warranty etc for which I have asked him a couple of questions after scheduling our inspection appointment. To my surprise, he turned rude very quickly, told me that he don’t want to do the inspection after agreeing to do it and disconnected the call. I was in shock
