STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you happen to speak to a woman named Janet Rosa then this is why you should stay away. I called the day of to make a limo reservation knowing it was a long shot. Janet said she had a Chrysler limousine for me on the date and time I needed. I even have a screenshot of the text confirming the limo. When it is time for the limo to arrive, it is not only 25 minutes late ( was supposed to be here at 5:45 and arrived at 6:15) it also is not a limo. It was a sprinter van. Disappointing in regards to the condition of the black Escalade limo that was sent. We had originally discussed a "new" white Escalade limo prior to my booking with you. That black limo that was sent was so old and run down, looked spray painted on the exterior, the interior was outdated and I was told a few different times, from different guests that there was blood on the ceiling, the radio didn't work either- it was really just sub par. I was also charged a higher rate for two trips as my guests staying at the hotel were transported by the limo also. This was all discussed with at booking. The

I booked a limo for my wedding and they promised me a 2020 Escalade. Janet even sent me a video of the new limo that just arrived. The driver was 10 minutes late, it was a 2017 limo and the AC was not working. Janet said her partner would call me - I have yet to receive a response or call from them. I would not recommend and I will be pursuing them.

Had an exotic car booked through "I Love Miami Limos" for a wedding. Janet and Matt were very communicative and ensured me that everything will be taken care of. I was looking for something with a flexible price so I started surfing the web looking for a party bus/limo for my sister in laws Bachelorette Party. I was happy with the prompt response from an employee who gave me my reasonable quote. Everyone I worked with was super friendly.
It's always nice when there are misunderstandings and a business is willing to work with you. I would totally recommend using their services and I am definitely keeping them in my mind for the next celebratory outting.

Driver was over 30mins late, he had running shoes on, stained black pants didn't look representable at all.. the bride was waiting outside of her hotel and ended up arriving late for her ceremony, who charged us extra for being late. We couldn't get anyone to answer our calls and the voice mail was full. To then learn he was at the wrong hotel.

I scheduled the limo service for 07/16/20 @ 5:00. By 5:15 the limo was not there so I decided to call them. I was informed that they had made a mistake and had book my limo service for 07/17/20 and a limo will be sent within 1 hour.(no apologies). Robert the driver, who was wearing shorts and looked like he was going fishing, showed up at 7:00 (two hours after my scheduled time!). Again, no apologies and a horrible attitude. Finally, we're inside the limo and the blue tooth does not work.

We booked a stretch limo and a 46 passenger bus for a wedding reception
Stretch limo- A/C did not work probably. Bride and Groom along with the bridal party arrived at the church and reception soaked from sweating. Was told by the company that because they opened the doors, it takes time for the car to cool down. What are you kidding me. They should have run that car and cooled it off before picking up the bridal party. We live in south Florida!!!!!

Stay far away!! This company showed up almost an hour late to pick me up on my wedding day( Which was just the first stop). I didn't receive a phone call or anything. When I called and asked where the driver was the driver said he was stuck in traffic. This is a poor excuse on my wedding day. Worst Limo Company. I booked a 20 Passenger Cadillac Escalade a week ago for my daughter's Prom and it was a DISASTER. I called the day before, spoke to the owner Janet to make final arrangements she said ok everything is set for 6:00 pm. Limo was old, broken and sooooo dirty. The driver hardly new how to drive and lived out of the front. He had all his luggage and clothes visible to all.
