Waiting time will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the ride sheet. Except for Airport pick ups which include a 30 minutes grace period for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Once grace period has passed, waiting time will be in effect and charged by the vehicle hourly rate in blocks of 15 minutes starting from schedule pick up time.

Driver was on time for pick up in Boca nice newer and very clean Yukon. Nice easy and safe ride to the Hard Rock. Dropped off right in front of casino, waited for the show to end and picked us up in the same location for the trip back to Boca. Lot of communication between the company and myself prior to pick up, had the drivers cell number to notify him of when the show was over. Final price was not billed to service was preformed and what was quoted was what was billed. Would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone that needs limo/car service.

5-star experience. We hired this car service to drive my elderly grandparents an hour away to get a COVID vaccine. The driver was prompt, courteous, took excellent COVID precautions, and went over and above assisting them during the process. He even waited in line for them so they could sit and rest during the wait. They raved about the experience. We would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommended this service!

There have been numerous times as I'm driving through Boca Raton that these limos are shooting through traffic, cutting off people and generally driving reckless. They are easy to spot as their license plate advertises their business name. There's a difference between a sense of urgency and complete disregard for fellow drivers.

Flight came in early but they did not arrive until after original flight time. Waited an hour while everyone else took an Uber. No monitoring of our flight status - why even ask for flight information then? I will be cancelling return trip. After trip, pestered me about paying invoice even though already paid On the positive side, very nice car.

My Mom hired this company for the vehicles for my wedding party in Oct. 2014. They were great then so I hired them when we needed vehicles to get our family to Port Everglades for a cruise. Every time I called I got the necessary info quickly and from a very polite gentleman. We got 2 SUVs for the trip to the cruise (picking up 2 groups of family from different neighborhoods) and it worked perfectly. They sent me a text with a link to Waze app with the drivers ETA. We got picked up from the cruise ship in one big van. This driver was amazing! Our pickup time was 1030 but due to delays with customs
