Hi there and thanks so much for visiting! My name is Amy Kuntz, and I'm glad you're here! I grew up in a small town east of Portland, Oregon with my loving parents and two older siblings. I grew up in a small town east of Portland, Oregon with my loving parents and two older siblings. I was a country girl and loved showing and riding my horses in 4H. When I graduated from High School I wanted out of that little town so I moved to Kansas City along with my brother who was starting a business.
Amy Kuntz Photography is the proud new owner of our own little home conveniently located on the Independence Square. Our new home is devoted completely to a photography studio with everything needed to bring you amazing newborn, maternity, baby and family portraits. We offer a beautiful bedroom scene for a lifestyle feel, and an amazing window bench seat.
Pregnancy is such an amazing and beautiful time in a woman's life and I think everyone should have stunning images to document it. I will help style and tailor your session to your specific taste. We can go outside or stay inside for some more intimate or even boudoir style poses or do a little of both.
Newborn Photography is the perfect way to keep your baby new forever. Expecting a new baby is such an amazing time in your life and I am honored to be a part of capturing the memories of it for you. Moments are fleeting and your baby's little features will change so rapidly. I photograph newborns using a little natural as well as a little posed.
Baby Photography Milestone sessions are the perfect way to capture and remember all of your baby's first year. Popular Milestone sessions are 3, 6, 9 and 12 month, but I will capture baby at any age/time in their first year. 12 Month baby photography sessions may also include a cake smash which will use the Classic Session pricing.

We used Amy for Christmas Minis (that doubled as our pregnancy announcement) and they turned out great! Amy was was professional and friendly, made us comfortable in front of the camera, handled our rambunctious puppy with grace, and captured our personalities perfectly! We cannot thank her enough for these photos and will definitely use her again. We highly recommend Amy!

Amy was so awesome to work with!!! My original newborn photographer got covid and Amy graciously worked us into her schedule last minute and we are so thankful! She was so sweet and knows how to handle a newborn really well. She captured the photos in the style I envisioned and we are so happy! Can’t refer her enough!!!

It's refreshing to work with someone who still takes great pride in what they do. It is not only the big things, but the little things that matter. Like, attention to detail, not being rushed through our session, creative suggestions and a genuine care for how the photos will turn out. Not only did we enjoy working with Amy, but our one year old extremely rambunctious daughter, she is super comfortable, calm and tons of smiles around her. It's one thing to just blast through a bunch of photos, it is another to have complete control over a one year old for amazing photos, our daughter loves her

Amy is above and beyond. She is one of the best photographers we have ever used. We would give her above 5 if we could. Wonderful experience, incredible work, very pleasant personality. Our sessions were mixed with fun and joy. She listens compassionately and is open to change anything you like. She cares about customers satisfaction. She did our maternity and newborn sessions. We had to say that the hardest part for me and my wife was to pick up best 20 pics out of all other outstanding shots. We are looking forward to having more sessions with Amy in the future. We will definitely call her once

It was wonderful working with Amy! She captured beautiful hospital and newborn pictures of our daughter. She handmade beautiful personalized newborn outfits for our shots. Amy captured sweet family photos, and also stunning unicorn photos of our six year old daughter! We highly recommend Amy! We love her soft, bright, neutral style. ❤️

We used Amy for business photography several months ago. She is very easy to work with and accommodating. In fact, we are having her out to re-photograph for our business because we have grown so much since the last time she was out. We also have family photos scheduled with her in the Fall. I'm most excited about these!!
