They made my wife and I do separate applications, meaning we both paid separate application fees and made separate "good faith deposits."
Thought that was weird from the beginning.
My application was rejected (my own business) yet my wife and I did not get our money back, which I could maybe understand for the application fee, but the good faith deposit?

The grounds are well kept, and the place is quite and country living. Buuuut multiple unit and or people have and where having major issue with mold and out dated apartments.
Its a great place, but for the rent money and what you actually get is far fetched in my opinion.
No amenities like pool, gym or rec room. Your allowed no more then one house plant. No open top fish tanks, or anything covering vents or window access. Maintenance is poorly managed.
Don't get me wrong iv lived here 3 years no issues except mold. Please be advised to check all corners, wall paper, cabinets and floors for any

I've moved to the area temporarily and chose to live at Woods Crossing. I love, love my apartment! I live in the Maple floor plan and it's very spacious. I really like how the apartments are all single story and have private entrances. Woods Crossing is very close to great restaurants and pubs in Downtown Cambridge. I was able to do everything online during my transition, which made it very easy coming from out of the area. I was even able to sign my lease online and found out after I move in, I can make free online payments. The grounds are gorgeous and it is very, very quiet & peaceful! I could
