I lived in ponds edge for 2 years and I LOVED it here. I was in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment that was huge. So much space. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The front office staff are always friendly and responsive when you have questions or concerns. Maintenance actually takes pride in their work and does a fantastic job keeping the apartments and neighborhood a great place to live. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move somewhere else and help some family out. If this didnt happen, I'd probably still be in my apartment

There are so many things I could say about Pond's Edge! When I was apartment hunting, I remember doing a tour with Roni & at the end of the tour, I was telling her that I was going to look at a few more places & she said, "Go on! But when you're done come right back home here at Pond's Edge." And I truly did return home!

During a time when everyone is unsure of what the next week looks like, I would like to say THANK YOU to the entire team at Ponds Edge Apartments. I have lived here for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. The office staff are always willing to help and the maintenance guys are the best! I've lived at Pond's Edge since 2016 and I couldn't imagine a better community to live in. The apartments are beautiful and any maintenance requests I have put in have been quickly resolved. The grounds are maintained well, very clean, and the pool is AMAZING. The staff is wonderful-I don't know many places you can call and they know who you are without looking you up in a community with so many units. In the 4 years I've been here, I have heard practically zero noise from my neighbors (it's an apartment, you're going to hear the occasional cabinet close), who are also very friendly and wonderful

I have lived here for more than 5 years and I can honestly say it is home to me. The grounds are always well kept and the setting is lovely. The staff are wonderful and usually very responsive to my needs or concerns. The community is perfect for me as a working professional. Most of the folks are respectful, quiet, and considerate. I love to walk the grounds because everything is so beautiful and peaceful. As a woman I always feel safe when I'm out for a run or walking my dog. Pond's Edge Apartments have been home for my late husband and me for over 6 years. Not only is Pond's Edge the loveliest apartment complex in the area, but the Director and her staff treat all the residents like family. Service requests are handled promptly and done well. Dave and I felt completely safe there because of the excellent security measures they have put in place. Dana and her staff organize many social events - for families, kids, pets, and adults - everyone has a great time! Pond's Edge is truly the only apartment complex I have lived in where I felt like it was really HOME.

My partner and I lived at Pond’s Edge before needing to relocate for a new job opportunity. Had it not been for the new job, we would certainly be staying at Pond’s Edge. I’ll split this review into the community itself and the property management team: Winner PM.

I have lived at Pond's Edge for over 2 years in a 3 bedroom apartment with a rented garage and a townhouse. I have been renting for 15 years in various cities and states and Pond's Edge has been the most welcoming community! Everyone, including the staff and residents, are very friendly. The staff makes you feel at home and when you live here, you become part of the community family. The staff is very accommodating and responds to requests promptly. I've lived here for about 10 months and it's been amazing. It's quiet, safe, and clean. I can't hear my neighbors, I've never been woken up in the middle of the night due to noise, I'm confident my car is safe in the parking lot, and the grounds are maintained well. I have gotten one or two emails from management, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing as the complex is well maintained due to their diligence. It is a little pricey, but if you look at the other complexes in the area and what amenities are offered, it is well worth the rent. Any issue I have had has been resolved immediately, including
