Services
An adjustment (or manipulation) is a minor movement of the vertebrae in the spine. Think of it just like "popping" your knuckles. The purpose is to restore the vertebrae that have stopped moving, either due to daily activity or a traumatic event like an auto accident. The old wives' tale that "cracking" your joints leads to arthritis has been turned on its head and it's now been shown in multiple studies that it actually reduces arthritis.

Our team at Nightlight Chiropractic uses several techniques to aid in our patients' healing process. One technique that is very effective is Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES). Although this therapy has been used in sports performance, training, and even as a cosmetic tool, our chiropractic office in Downtown Orlando utilizes Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation to prevent muscle atrophy due to inactivity after an injury.

If anyone has ever had a true chiropractic experience to address specific needs, you will immediately know this office is very focused on the surface/novice level “for the average person” who is just sore/achy.. sits at a desk everyday type of person. The chiropractor felt the need to give more of a history lesson of his knowledge/beliefs instead of focusing on my needs. Overall, very mediocre adjustment. He even brought up that he can’t do certain adjustment due to his own arthritis issues and the fact he can’t give patients what they want and really, what they need. Time to retire then

Came in for a scheduled visit the staff said I didn’t have appointment showed proof of the appointment the staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional said I needed to figure who schedule it and we’re un willing to let me finish talking didn’t wanna help just let me walk out and told me to call the provider who set up because my type of appointments are only on Saturdays but I had proof it was today but they didn’t give f$@k I give them zero stars but I gotta give one to post ……

Amazing doctors, staff and therapists who genuinely care about their patients. This office is amazing! I spent months at another facility supposedly getting the treatment that i needed. I eventually told my doctors that i need a new facility. When i walked into to NightLight i automatically could tell my experience would be great! They greeted me, listened to my needs and concerns and got the job done! For the pass two weeks i have been there i have noticed a significant relief of pain. From the chiro to the massage therapy my muscles have been getting the love that they need. I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone!!
