An Access Connected Care Virtual Visit allows a patient to receive care for minor illnesses by video or phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is ideal for the same types of non-emergent health needs typically treated at express care and walk-in clinics. A virtual visit takes place via live video conference, allowing patients and providers to communicate in real time.

Everyone was so friendly. Great atmosphere and obvious dedication to help heal. There was an issue with my insurance so I ended up doing self pay...the price was quite reasonable but today when I got the insurance issue cleared up they called and offered to refund or credit my account for future visits. The staff was super helpful and friendly from the doctor himself to the intake person, x-ray tech, ultrasound therapist, and most of all the reception, scheduling, and billing ladies.

I was in a state of constant daily back pain before I decided to seek medical help. I'm so glad I came to the Pavlik Center, and specifically, Doctor Yates. Quality of care is top notch from top to bottom, wait times are quite short, and all of the staff are friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. Love this place. The staff is friendly nice and welcoming. Its always neat and clean. They will work you in if need be. There rehab room has wonderful staff and lots of equipment. Dr. Dan is super friendly and does a wonderful job. Not just a factory here they treat you like a person. If your in need of a massage go see DEE she is the best.
