Services
Pet policy: We welcome up to 2 pets for small breeds and 1 pet for large breeds per apartment home! There is a $500 deposit for our 1 bedroom apartments and a $600 deposit for 2 bedroom apartments. Our pet rent is $25 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.

I started hating Tuesday’s from this place. Every Tuesday morning they bring people to mow the lawn at 7:00am!!!! That’s unacceptable and inconsiderate for the people who don’t have to work at 6am! You can delay that till at least 9am!!! Lots of people don’t have to get up before sunrise and need their sleep!!!! The place is nice but they need to work on that issue.

I like the place it's nice 👌 but I really don't like is our neighbors who complain so much even about the footsteps and even about not really loud noises 🤔. I think most of the people here are sleeping all the time. It's Ok to complain if I play loud music at night or making loud noises at night. Our carpet is really dirty when I've moved in and there's a black spot on the carpet they didn't even clean the carpet before they let people live here and also the cabinet door hinges are broken and also the refrigerator door handle.

Feels like they are trying to rip us off.
We needed an apartment for a couple months to stay with our dogs while my husband worked in Porterville on contract. The apartment itself was fine. Not the most updated, but everything worked. The community is gated which I loved, but a man would come through on his bike pretty frequently and go through the trash. I emailed the apartment about that, never got a response about it and the man continued to do it. No bugs or anything in the apartment, but always roaches and huge black widows in the garage. I guess that's normal for that area, we sprayed frequently
