With the ability to grow bone where needed we can place implants of proper length and width, restoring functional and aesthetic appearance. Bone grafting is often closely associated with dental restorations such as bridge work and dental implants. Invisalign is comfortable. No metal brackets or wires to cause mouth irritation, and less time in the dentist's chair getting adjustments. I moved to the area two years ago for a new job and was struggling to find a dental practice that fit my needs. I then came across Libertyville Dental Associates. Dr. Weiz was thorough during my initial exam, and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to my hygienist, Kim! She was gentle and took exceptional care to treat my issues and concerns. As one who is can be a little anxious about going to the dentist, I am so happy to have found Libertyville Dental Associates! Today I had periodontal surgery, after 4 years of inflamed and tender gums around crowns that were put in by another dentist. Dr. Sam did a great job cleaning around the gums and contouring the existing crowns. He also did a thorough job of explaining possible next steps, depending on how my gums heal. Despite having this procedure and some anxiety about it, I felt very pampered. They provided darkened glasses, so the light wouldn’t shine in my face, put lip balm on my lips periodically, made sure I was comfortable throughout the hour and a half procedure, and provided a warm washcloth to wipe

I had a crown fall off and called Libertyville Dental because I could not get an appointment with my dentist. I was able to get an appointment with Libertyville Dental the same day my crown fell off. I thought this might “a one and done” visit with this new group but I was so impressed with the office staff and technicians that I am switching to Libertyville Dental. Dr Sam Weisz was very personable and a good listener. He explained what he was doing during the procedure and always asking if I was okay. He was able to re-use my crown! So happy to have found them!

My husband and I have been going to Libertyville Dental since our previous dentist retired. We took a deep dive into the world of high-tech dentistry. The technology here is state-of-the-art. I receive great preventative care from the best dental hygienist, Tina. Whenever I have a whopper problem, Dr. Sam’s treatment offers the skill of an artist crafting a masterpiece. The office staff is courteous and helpful. It’s an office atmosphere where people like to go to, to work.

Brought my son here after finding an abscess and not being able to get him in to our regular dentist. Called 5 places and they were the only ones who had a spot to see him. My son is 6 and has autism, so he was very nervous but they did all they could to keep him calm. The dentist was great and explained everything to him before she did it. Can't stress enough how patient and gentle they were.

This place is the best! I've always hated going to the dentist so this means a lot coming from me. From the moment you walk in you're treated like a family member. There's books for kids in the waiting room and even bottled water. The staff is all super friendly and makes you feel at home. Everything is state of the art technology and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable. When you leave you even get a dental "swag-bag" filled with goodies. I especially love the travel sized toothpaste! I highly recommend this hidden gem of Libertyville!

This is ammendment to my first review as I was very upset and they had got back to me as lines of communication were mixed as unknown to me they said my father ok'd the work and they were unaware I was his representative of his health care. They had called and apologized and as I do also. They were very good to my father I was just upset about the bill. I mentioned my father was a vet and this office does care about veterans and I only meant it as he had limited income not at all about this office. I apologize for any misinterpretation.

Stopped in today for the first time for an examination and cleaning because my previous dentist moved away. I was blown away by how happy everyone was who worked here. Very welcoming and friendly. The overwhelming feeling was that these folks really care and are generally really happy to be there. The staff was extremely knowledgable and skilled. I ended up getting 5 small fillings after an extensive exam. Zero pain or discomfort the entire time. Truly the best dental experience I've ever had.

I have been using Dr. Sam (and his father on occasion) for about 3 years since our retiring dentist recommended them. My most recent experience probably says the most. I suffered terrible tooth pain and headaches and resisted for as long as I could since we don't have insurance. I finally went in expecting a root canal, but Dr. Sam checked the suspect teeth for sensitivity and didn't think the issue required something that drastic. I have been a patient of Libertyville Dental for many years. They have always been a good office but they have made it even better over the last year or two. The office has been nicely updated and today I saw a small beverage refrigerator with free bottles of water. More importantly, I was in at 9:00 and out by 10:00 for my 9:00 appointment. Tina did a great job with my yearly

It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist given my previous experiences. I had a difficult time becoming numb for fillings, which in turn extended the time I spent avoiding the dentist all together. Dr Sam took time to discuss my previous experiences and problem shoot our options including the use of sedation dentistry. I was able to have several cavities repaired and even made it through a crown...I never thought I would be able to do that! Dr Sam and his staff are wonderful. I am sad that I have not moved out of the area and have a new search to find someone as capable and kind as he is

I found Libertyville Dental Associates and Dr. Sam via a recommendation from a friend. Great practice and really nice people. Normally, it's routine visits for me; but recently I had to have my wisdom teeth out. I was in and out in 35 minutes, didn't have to be "put under" and my recovery was great!

I used to HATE going to the dentist growing up. I was recommended to Libertyville Dental Associates from a former colleague of mine and decided to try it out since it was close to work. The staff is friendliest and outgoing staff there is. They make you feel comfortable going to the dentist.
Dr. Sam Weisz is a genius at what he does. He can make a terrible procedure feel like a trip at the park. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and friendly. Makes for a great experience at the dentist's office.

I was referred here by a friend who has gone to Libertyville Dental Associates her entire life. Her parents, who moved to the east coast, have been known to make appointments when they're in town for a visit!
