My old bridge came loose and I called in the morning. They got me in within 2 hours and fixed me right up with all the great care Lisa Konz and her staff always provide. She received her Bachelor degree in Biology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She earned honors for her post-graduate work at the University of Illinois where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Who goes to the dentist at 630 in the morning? I do. And, Dr. Konz and her staff are ready and waiting for me. Then I am done with my appointment and on to the rest of my busy day. This office has their efficient processes in place, provide a comfortable atmosphere ( you almost forget your even at the dentist) and of course they provide expert dental care.

I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist but not anymore. Dr. Konz and her whole staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and happy. I can’t imagine there being a better dentist office out there, that is why I drive well over an hour for her services.

Going to Dr. Konz’ practice is an exercise for peace of mind. We know we will get best advise without prejudice. The staff is great. There have been many changes in past 3yrs but they have all been good. Rheanna was so nice with my 11 yo that we came out smiling bright:) Thanks Dr. Konz and your team!!

Hands down, this is the BEST denist ever. People say they don't like the dentist; well, I disliked going so much that I wouldn't keep appointments and when I did, I usually was so stressed that I got sick. That ALL CHANGED when I went to Dr. Konz. It was by chance that I ended up with Dr. Konz and I thank my lucky stars that they aligned. You are treated with care and respect. #1 rule, you should not have any pain while visiting the dentist. Your fears and concerns are real and they are discussed. Just a pretty significant cavity filled and also 2 crowns on the same teeth same day. By far the best experience I had ever had. No pain at all and got sit back and watch Netfilx, even shared a few laughs during the process. And also so professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Konz is an exceptional dentist. She uses the most up to date treatments and techniques to ensure that her patients are comfortable and happy. She spends extra time with patients to make sure that all of their questions are answered. The office staff goes above and beyond as well. I highly recommend this practice.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Konz and her staff for over a year and could not be happier with the quality of care that she and her staff provide! The office hours are accommodating, the office itself is pleasant, as are all of the staff. My son's first visit to the dentist was to Dr. Konz and they made the experience fun for him... So much so that he actually looked forward to coming back! For myself, I feel that the care is truly personalized and thorough, which is something that's important to me in a dentist so that my teeth and smile look and feel their best! Thanks Dr. Konz!
