The tradition was kept intact with Wally Hinkamp Jr., a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, the late David Hinkamp, and Donna Hinkamp Warren. For starters, Hinkamp did a poor job on a simple repair of my watch. They attempted to fix in store, and failed so they decided to keep overnight. A week later I was called and told it was ready, but it wasn't; Literally minutes after leaving, the watch band snapped back off. I brought it back in, and was told it would be fixed ASAP. I was called a couple weeks after and told a specialist would have to repair it. It was going to be an additional charge. At this point, I had no choice I needed my watch back. I was called a couple weeks again after, and told it was ready to be picked up. So

We went in to upgrade my bridal set after many years of marriage and we have never picked out custom made jewelry before. We were met by Mr. Wally Hinkman and he took the time to sit with us and listen to what I wanted. He then explained the entire process of how diamonds are assessed and what makes a quality stone. He was so patient and wonderful when I had no idea what I wanted to look at. We ended up finding the most beautiful set and I couldn’t be happier! I will never go to any other jewelry store. This was the most fantastic experience!

We went to Hinkamp to get my husband’s watch looked at. It was a specialty watch so they had to get back to us in a couple days. I had my wedding and engagement rings re sized and re-rodiumed on their recommendation after I asked for them to be cleaned after the resizing. The folks at Hindkamp did an excellent job making my rings fit right and look brand new, the diamonds sparkle like I hadn’t seen in ages. I called many jewelers before dropping my broken wedding ring set off at Hinkamp’s. I was so nervous, I hadn’t had them off in over 20 years. Amanda answered my call and was the only store locally that took the time to talk me through the process of my repair and made me feel comfortable dropping my rings off there. I had the best experience at Hinkamp this month. We were new to the area and a military family. I managed to break my wedding band and needed some repair. Wally fixed me up and for a reasonable price point. I also purchased two additional rose gold bands in there for the 10 year anniversary. I love how upfront and honest they were with price, time frame, and options. I will be going back for all repairs or new purchases and to take my Bulova watch in for a new battery.

Best jeweler around! Give them a try & you won't regret it. I wanted a customized piece of jewelry. I needed a family diamond ring of my grandmother's to have the diamonds pulled out & delicately placed into my more current dainty wedding band. This was a very special ring. Not only did they treat me like family but they were reasonably priced, did the job quickly & the ring looked amazing! I will return to Hinkamp Jewelers to make a purchase in the future!

I was in Fayetteville for a weekend and needed to get my watch battery fixed. This place was able to take care of it for me very quickly and I was much appreciative. About a day later I noticed there was an issue with the second hand of my watch. Im not sure if it was related to the work that they had done but when I went in there wasn't even a question, they offered to take care of it and have it shipped to me right away. My husband detests malls. A few years back, when looking for my engagement ring, he really tried. But felt like he was at a third world type street/flea market, with salespeople flocking towards him like prey. He heard about Hinkamps thru a friend. Fast and friendly! Had my engagement ring sized in 24 hours after the "big name" chains told me it would be 2 weeks for the same service. Even better, after being quoted over $100 elsewhere (for the 2 week turn around) Hinkamp had my ring polished and perfectly sized for $74.00! I highly recommend this jeweler over any of the big box stores!!

Best jeweler in the Fayetteville area! After being turned away by Helzberg, I went to Hinkamp to get my platinum wedding band sized. It being the Monday after Christmas, they were closed but still let my wife and I in to help us. They were super helpful with all our questions about keeping all the engraving untouched while sizing the ring down, what size it actually needed to be, and if it would look any different afterwards.
