Bopie started out in a small jewelry boutique in Seoul, South Korea just after graduation, where she began to learn the art of jewelry design. During this time she met Mike Sackos, who was stationed in Korea while serving the US Army. They fell in love, married, and soon moved to the US, where Bopie continued to pursue education and trade skills to further her chosen career, earning certifications from GIA, DCA, and MJI.

Now, we have the honor of including Lab-Grown Diamonds in our inventory - 100% true diamonds, made by replicating the environmental factors which birth naturally occurring diamonds.
One carat equals to 0.2 grams or 200 milligrams. Carat weight is the prime factor that determines the weight of a diamond. Larger diamonds are undoubtedly costlier. Carat makes expressing diamond weight easier as compared to milligrams. Instead of giving three labels to diamonds weighing 20 milligrams, 211 milligrams and 220 milligrams, carat offers a category for fitting the diamonds in a one category, placing these diamonds in one-carat range.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here and I have to say I have never seen a more beautiful ring. Its so sparkly it looks like there is lasers in it. The staff is kind and informative. If you’re looking for an engagement ring that is unique and beautiful, definitely go here. Way better than a franchise diamond jeweler you’d find at the mall.

Such a friendly experience. Melina is a wonderful salesperson. The whole team was very helpful with our purchase of a color changing garnet. I’ve come to Bopie’s a few times and have yet to be disappointed. Looking for a unique anniversary gift, they didn’t have any generic pieces that fit my search, so Bopie went ahead and offered to craft one and in under 5 day’s time to meet a very short deadline.
