Jason is the third generation owner of Eid-Co Homes, taking over the position of president in 2007. Jason is continuing the company tradition of providing affordable housing and home ownership in our communities. Eid-Co Homes has several home building designations, including Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and North Dakota Professional Builder (NDPB).
Jason is a third generation Concordia College graduate. He is currently on the Home Builders Association Board of Directors and the North Dakota Association of Builders board, serving as the Government Affairs Chairman. He served as the president of the FM Home Builders Association in 2009 and was named Builder of the Year in Fargo-Moorhead and for North Dakota in 2011.

York LX air source heat pump-heating & cooling system that uses outside air as heat source, can be up to 20% more efficient than other methods.
Over the years, Eid-Co Homes has used many foundation systems, including concrete block, poured concrete, insulated shallow frost-free foundations and permanent wood foundations. Currently, Eid-Co Homes builds homes with Permanent Wood Foundations (PWF). There are many advantages with permanent wood foundations, a contemporary alternative for basements.

Poorly constructed cookie cutter homes in the Fargo Moorhead area. Crummy homes thrown together on a wood foundation to cut costs. If you decide to spend the extra cash and request a concrete foundation, you will still get a craptacular home. These guys wouldn't know craftsmanship if it bit them in the butt. Save yourself the money and buy a real home with a good resale value.
