Matt went to North Dakota State College of Science and earned his degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating. You will see Matt quite a bit in the front end of the build while he works on your floor plans to get them tailored to your lifestyle.

Very unprofessional! Pushed dirt into my yard while I was away on deployment, which has now killed grass and is laying over my sprinklers. Now refuses to resolve the issue. Says I tore up his “yard”(An empty lot he let weeds get 4 ft high on), yet he parks his dump trucks on it and let’s subcontractors park on the sidewalks. The owner is one of the builders and is very petty and disorganized.
