Over the course of three weeks, I called and twice spoke to a person (Christie?) asking for a quote for house insurance. I left details both times (having never received a return call after the first attempt) and even after expressing some frustration on the second call, still wasn't contacted. I rang a third time yesterday and left a message during their half-hour lunch break requesting they call me back that afternoon. I even reminded them on my message about the old expression "three strikes and you're out". No response.

I worked with kendra. Very helpful. Located in oviedo...best place I've used. If you live in oviedo its a no brainer. Had an issue with my house called, they pulled my info and gave me a run down of what to do.
Again if your in oviedo, don't waste time support them. If you liver close by you still will want to giver them a serious look.
