I have rented from them for many years. I have never had an issue if there were a problem all I have to do is call Ben and he sends maintenance over. In my opinion sacia rentals is a great rental company to go through when looking for your next rental. They are fair and honest and very professional. They have a long history of people renewing their leases. Including me!

I have had to call several times in my 3 years, mostly for mailboxes that get plowed over, and Ben has always been extremely accommodating. Recently needed a door repair and it was fixed professionally and promptly. I feel very well taken care of and know if anything needs fixing it will be done promptly.
