We are the premier duct & HVAC cleaning company in Tucson, Arizona and the surrounding areas, since 2004. George Sakellarakis, owner of Everest duct & HVAC, has been the owner and lead operator of this fine company since the beginning, with over 16 years or experience, and accomplishing the cleaning of over 2,200 homes and businesses, right here in Southern Arizona over the last 16 years!
Duct cleaning: Work includes cleaning entire lineal length of ductwork including drops and rises, cleaning any internal components associated with the ducts (such as fire dampers, sound attenuators, turning vanes, volume dampers) removing and cleaning/disinfecting all grilles and registers (vent covers), replace all vents in the same way they were removed, and clean up after ourselves.
AHU cleaning: Work includes removing, cleaning/disinfecting the blower motor small units. Medium and large units are cleaned in place), cleaning heat exchangers, cleaning both sides of the evaporative coil(s), cleaning the housing of the coil and blower, and re-assembling of the unit. VAV's will all be cleaned (if/when applicable) in place.
Everest Duct & HVAC is greatly experienced in working on commercial facilities. We have worked on class 10,000 clean rooms, exhaustes, and evey type of ductwork and systems from 4,000 sq ft. to over 200,000 sq ft. Scope of work for commercial applications includes but is not limited to: Cleaning of HVAC duct systems, air handling equipment, and all airflow devices.
Standard AHU re-insulation: This will typically include reinsulation in the blower and coil housing, and again will use a closed-cell insulation. This is a great service to add when completing a full AHU clean-out. Will not contaminate your nice clean system and indoor air, with fiberglass particulates that blow off with air flow in typical insulations.

My small home was built in 1993. So it was way overdue to have the duct work thoroughly cleaned. I called George, the owner of Everest, on the recommendation of a local environmental specialist. I found George to be very ethical and knowledgeable. His employees, Jesus and Jose were very friendly, professional, and not at all in a rush to do a good job. If you're concerned about your lungs - and your general health, don't wait as long as I did for this service.

George and his team were amazing! They came in got to work, were incredibly professional and polite. We had a big job, 15 years worth of smoke in the house and the finished product was like a brand new system. I was here all day, not sure how they did it but I NEVER saw any mess, they were truly all over everything. The price and service were great! I would use Everest again and again and recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work Everest!

I was very disappointed that the workers refused to wear masks for the several hours they would be working inside my house cleaning the ducts. I must not be the only customer who has objected, as they very politely started carrying their equipment back to the truck. I don't need clean ducts and the coronavirus spread throughout the house. I asked the workers if they had been tested for COVID-19, and only one said yes, but it was a month and a half earlier. Sorry, but we're in a pandemic. The owner should have told me before I booked the appt. that they would not be taking protective measures

I bought a 3200 sq.ft. home with two furnace systems. I needed home's air ducts cleaned. I also had the furnace air boxes and the clothes dryer vent cleaned.
