I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Another great experience with Done Rite. Gina was prompt and very friendly and got me on the schedule right away, even though it was just routine maintenance. The technician, Dylan was on time and thorough in explaining all steps taken to ensure my system was in great working order and would be in good shape to last for many years. If I weren't retired, I'd hire him. Smart, articulate and flat out funny.
Outside pipe broke next to water meter the night before thanksgiving. Called Done Right and they fixed it and were gone in a couple hrs. Prompt and professional. Extremely reasonable pricing. Having Danny come back to do more work for me.

I am so happy I chose Done Rite to replace my swamp cooler with an American Standard ac system. The guys came in and removed most of my old duct work and replaced it with new duct work. They put up new dry wall and even matched the texture I had there before. Now I got clean, fresh, COLD air in my house.

Called Done Rite over the weekend, they answered immediately, not like the other companies I tried. It wasn't an emegency so they got us scheduled for early in the week. Todd was the electrician who came out to look at our panel, he was extremely courteous and helpful! Turned out it was my user error, and the fix was easy. We will definitely be using them again!

I love Done Rite Services and have recommended them for my recent air conditioner needs. I've had two instances where my unit went into. One when it was unusually cold and one on the hottest day of the summer. Both times Dustin came out the same day within a reasonable time and was able and help me without charging me an insane amount. I will absolutely use them for all my repair needs around the house. 12/10

These folks did an outstanding job. Honest and straight forward. Did not try to upsell me anything or sell me what I did not need. My AC system bought the farm after almost 14 years, and needed to be replaced. They rushed over a couple of portable cooling units to hold me over until the parts arrived and the work could be scheduled. The price for all work done was very reasonable. I called Temperature Control (who plasters the mailbox with flyers) for an estimate. They were almost three thousand more, and only offered a warranty that was half of what Done Rite offered. Done Rite got back to me within hours of reaching out on a Sunday, they set me up with an appointment as quickly as Tuesday. Todd and Dave were helpful, quick and so nice. Dustin at Done Rite is THE BEST. I had an issue with electrical a few months ago and he came out quickly and was able to diagnose and fix what should have been a simple problem in minutes and charged me a reasonable price. Today, when temps are set to hit 115 again and for the rest of the week. I called Done Rite Services and they got me in same day Dustin came out and troubleshooted and fixed it within 30 mins. THANK YOU and i will use them for everything.

Done Rite to the rescue. Todd was the first to respond to my request for help and the only one of the responders to offer immediate assistance. He came out early the next day to look what was going on and came back same day with Wayne to put a shut off on the system (the earlier installer did no put one on).
That gave me the freedom to keep the house system on and I got to experience the joy of a laudrymat while waiting for the right water heater to arrive.

When out me water heater wait working Dustin had to come out multiple times due to difficulties on our end, ie no part available locally, part not shipped from manufacturer when promised, etc. All this with me out of town. When we finally got the part, the repair was complete in under 5 min.

Nothing like coming home to a house being 85+ degrees.. We called our home warranty place and they set us up with some flake of a company that never answered their phone.. so I called the warranty place back and they said I could use an independent contractor of my choice. So I called Done Rite and they had someone out there the same day. Repairs were also done same day.... which saved me money from having to book a hotel for the night (or rest of the weekend if I had to wait for that original company to call me). So I would recommend Done Rite any day.. if you need repairs or replacing, this is

I first approached this company via Yelp. Carry B was so prompt to respond and I was able to get a technician out the next day to service my AC needs. Todd was my technician. He is very sweet, attentive and listened to our needs - which is so important these days. He found the solution quickly and we had AC again in an hours time. Thank you so much for your services.
