Excellent service and extremely fast, probably too fast. LOL. Seems like we made the offer and closed within 10 days! Casa Bella Properties litters their flyers on our gate all the time. Not only that but when I said I would report them to the BBB, Erica said she has sold a bunch of houses on our street so she would definitely keep on doing it. CARELESS! CRASS! UNPROFESSIONAL!

It was an absolute PLEASURE working with Elma Pulido and Alejandra ("Ale") Romo. Elma helped me buy a home out in the inland empire and I'm incredibly glad and thankful that I had someone like her in my corner, ESPECIALLY during the escrow process because it was VERY STRESSFUL at times. When I get cold calls from people who don't identify who they are and talk about selling me a house in Lawndale. When I ask how they got my number I get my manager got on a list. We used this realty company and it has been a huge mistake. The realtor we used had little to no knowledge on any of the buying process, and it's been the most frustrating experience.
Once we closed the sale, they did not provide the property gate key access, nor a mail box key, and no information on the HOA office, that was remotely helpful.
Our realtor, Rita Nicolae, has got to be the stupidest, dumbest person I have ever met.
She has only been money hungry to take her commission. She tries to defend herself but actions speak a lot louder than words.
She couldn't complete the simplest
