Very disappointed in my experience with Lavi & Associates. A listing went up and I immediately called their offices expressing interest in the rental. I was told since the current tenants were still moving out, they would not be able to show the unit until late August/early September. They gathered my information and told me they would contact me when it was available. To ensure my contact info was with them, I also put in a request to see the unit on the site they posted an advertisement. I happened to go by the unit yesterday and the Vacancy sign is still up, so I called this morning to check

Fred was the property manager for the apartment we lived in Redondo Beach. We had lived in the apartment for over 5+ years and rented from the original owner, who built the building himself!
We had a previous property managment company handing out rent payments and they were not very responsive so I didn't have high hopes when I found out a new property management company was taking over.
In every interaction I've had with Fred, he's been courteous, professional and responsive. During our move out, we was accomodating to work around our schedules and was right on time.
