I went in for a full acrylic set. The tech didn't get close to my cuticles at all. The nails were left un-even and embarrassing for $50. Also, the tech made me bleed and did not sanitize the tools, huge violation! Will not go there again. Go somewhere else! Better service elsewhere. Overpriced with less-than-par quality.

Allure Nails is a fantastic salon, and I am so lucky to have stumbled upon it. Allure is clean and makes every effort to promote safety. They have tons of options for colors and a variety of services and expertise. Timmy is my main tech, and his attention to detail is top notch. I would highly recommend Allure Nails!

This is truly my favorite nail salon! All of the ladies & men are super talented. Their professionalism and the way they communicate with their clients…superb! Super clean, organized. Always feel safe and well taken care of here! If your call is not answered, they will call you back promptly if you leave a message. And when checking out, they talk with you, ask how your experience was, and do not answer the phones. Honestly, not many businesses do that these days. Bonus, I meet the nicest ladies here during my visits…always make a new friend w other clients.

Please save yourself from this place. Not at all professional I went for my face wax and my face is ruined now the lady who did her name is Kristine she was very rude...her nails were so long, they were hurting way too much while waxing and upper to that she didn’t even care to clean my face after wax. I had rashes and bruises all over my face and when I asked for ice because my skin was burning she gave me a bottle of water and told me to use the bottle instead. Very poor service even the lady in front was very rude to my husband. And after all this if you go to talk to them about all this all

This review is long past due, my apologies for that. Last month, I broke a bottle of nail polish, it went EVERYWHERE, even on a dress of another customer. The owner and entire staff handled the situation beautifully. It was a busy Saturday, and my accident did not help one bit, yet the composure, kindness and team work made it appear as though everything was running smoothly. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for running an A-1 salon!

I was treated nicely by Jordan, my nail tech, and he did a good job but the issue I have was the appointment setter. She messed up appointments several times. One was an important one , I was leaving town and they called 15 min before I was supposed to show up and told me that she didn’t know why someone had scheduled me 15 min before closing but would have to cancel. Sooo. I had no alternatives. Then my last time scheduling was a 215 appointment with my toes at the same time. Jordan didn’t finish at 2:32. I left as it was disrespectful to me. No one came towards me or asked questions.

I've been going to this salon since I moved to Arizona... From day one, I was welcomed and treated like a friend, not just a client. The services are offered at an exceptional value, all the technicians are highly skilled, professional as well as friendly. I always leave feeling beautiful and pampered. The precautions for the current environment are clearly in place, and I feel completely safe. I look forward to my appointments and wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Allure nails is one of the most professional and clean salons in Scottsdale. With a full time cleaning staff, the salon utilizes single use tools and single use pedicure chair liners to ensure a safe environment. Chairs are fully disinfected in between use, plexiglass is installed for protective barriers and proper social distancing is in place to reduce the spread of covid. This nail salon also has some of the most detail oriented techs, leaving customers highly satisfied with their nail designs. This is one of the best salons to get a manicure or pedicure!

The nail techs do a great job here, I always am pleased with the finished product and they are quite quick. They are pretty friendly too, but the lady who I think is the owner is super rude. It's worth it though, she doesn't do the nails lol. This place is more expensive than anywhere else I go, and they can be pushy for extras, but it is very quality.

Your guy try to give the Tip money to your technician . Because the front desk girl ( Kelsey name ) will steal it from them . The nails technician them work very hard of course them need tip money . My girl just told me that secret..

Vicky, my nail technician, was highly professional and took great care with my nails. I got a neck massage and forearm massage that was so relaxing. No drills were used at any time during the removal of my gel manicure and re-application. Beautiful and relaxing music played in the background. I am heading back there today for a pedicure. Excellent Allure nail salon. You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness and service.

This is by far the best Allure nail salon I have ever been to! Each one of them are amazing but Vicky is one of the BEST nail technicians I've ever came across she is so kind and takes her time she is a perfectionist, my nails always come out perfect and I get so many compliments each time! I’m very happy:)

My first time there was great. Vicky was amazing. This salon is brand new and very pretty. I would recommend making an appointment especially on weekends as they seem pretty busy. Will be going back for sure. Vicky do great job ...

The staff is always very friendly and Allure has a wide variety of colors to choose from. They are supplied for all the latest trends. Jordan is amazing and always does a perfect job on my nails!
