Self-employed individuals must provide profit and loss statements, tax returns from the last two years, and three months of bank statements. With credit scores of 660 or higher, no negative credit items, no pets, and income requirements are met, tenants will be required to pay a deposit equal to one month's rent plus $300.
The following is a list of tenant responsibilities and expectations. While you're living in one of our properties, you'll need to be prepared to manage these things. The tenant is responsible for damages caused by any negligence or acts of the tenant's family, guests, invitees, or pets (if allowed).
Congratulation's on renting your new home from Noble Real Estate Services. You must contact all utility providers as specified in Variable Lease Term Section of your lease, to have service turned on, in your name, and as specified on your lease you must also have Renter's Insurance. The confirmation of these items must submitted to our staff at least 48 hours prior to your move-in date.

When called they take care of all property issues right away. Jose is REALLY good at what he do he double checks on his repairs and make sure everything is repaired correctly and he’s very quick at what he does and knows what he’s doing. I prefer him to come out and do my repairs to my home.

Both my boyfriend and I have tried getting into contact with the company several times over the phone on various weekdays- the phone line immediately cancels the call. I feel like this leasing company isn't even legitimate.
Also regarding someone else's comment about extra fees/higher deposit for service animals, that is in fact illegal under the FHA (fair housing act), even if it is "written in the contract". It's discrimination against disabilities, period. Don't let this leasing company scam you if you have emotional support/service animals.

Update: We were given a refund of our application fees. Thank you, I appreciate you making it right.
They were quick to email asking about how the viewing went, and to inform us the monthly rent was reduced; however, we never received anything other than an automated email saying we would be "contacted shortly" for any follow up emails we sent after submitting applications. $92.50 total application fees, no response at all. Viewing was on a Wednesday, applications submitted on Thursday after receiving the reduced rent email.

Jason and his team did an excellent job of getting my Mom's property cleaned up and ready to rent and I was amazed at what was accomplished in under 2 weeks to make it ready.
There was a good deal of work to be done by his team of hard working people. Tenants were found within a week of completing the work.

The owner of my rental unit decided to sell, so I had to quickly find a new place to live. While this could have been a devastating and stressful experience, Noble Real Estate did everything in their power to make the process easy and convenient. I worked for weeks with Josef, who was accommodating and easy to work with. I've had awful experiences with other management companies before and Noble managed to impress me every step along the way. They responded to necessary fixes quickly and I loved being able to pay rent online with a credit card (free miles baby!). Thanks Noble and Thanks Josef!

I am a property owner who has used Noble for over 5 years and I give them FIVE STARS for the following reasons:
1) They vet their tenants (at least, mine) thoroughly. I have never had an issue with bad tenants.
2) When the current tenants give their notice to vacate, Noble proactively finds suitable tenants immediately. The only lapse in tenant occupancy is the time necessary to have cleaners thoroughly clean the place, which is about a week.
3) The occasional out-of-the-ordinary issue (e.g. plumbing issue, necessary tree trimming, etc) is handled seamlessly, and the contracted services are
