Dario is very unprofessional. After speaking with him and telling him I live over an hour away, we scheduled an appointment to view a potential new home for us. I had 2 of my kids with me and he didn't show up. He didn't answer any of my calls when I had arrived and waited for him, nor did he return any calls or messages. If you're going to work with people and their families, do your job and show up when you make an appointment. Very unprofessional and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My experience with Dario was very professional but comfortable. He is quite knowledgable in his field with an honest and positive disposition. He kept me up to date on offers as they came in and even helped me fill out crucial documents on one occasion. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone messages when he was not immediately available. Having had several good dealings with previous realtors, Dario far exceeded my expectations. I was extremely impressed by the fact that he was not pushy at all, in fact, there were times when we considered homes that didn’t meet our must-have requirements and instead of taking advantage of that to close the deal. He requested us to think about it carefully. To me, that was an ultimate demonstration of integrity as opposed to other people that just want to close the deal fast.
Having said that. I recommend Dario without reservation.
