We think you would be hard pressed to find a more customer friendly A/C & Heating business than Integrity. The business name says it all! Everyone who represented this company was polite, on time, answered even the silliest questions, skilled, informed and really cared about the job they did for us. They covered where they walked with tarps and vacuumed up any residual after they carefully pulled the tarps up…..every day. WOW!

I've been using Integrity Heating and A/C for years. They service my boiler, but also have installed baseboards for me, and this last visit they installed a new water heater. The water heater situation had me in a panic (it's 15 years old!) so when I called them, they were immediately responsive. They've always had fair pricing, and the employees are incredibly polite and thorough. I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with this company. Called on Sunday repaired on Monday. Billy and his helper were very informative with all my questions. They figured out the issue and remedied it. I realize my system is old and on borrowed time. When I am going to upgrade I am definitely using integrity. Thanks again..regards.

Our central AC suddenly stopped working on Memorial Day Weekend and we were referred to integrity by one of our neighbors. They were very nice and professional on the phone. They offered to come out over the weekend but we said we could wait until the day after the holiday. They were on time, very professional, honest and reasonably priced. We will definitely continue to use them for regular maintenance.
