I was treated to a gel manicure at this salon so I don't know the price as even the tip was covered. I decided on a French tip so that added $5. Kay is great and did a wonderful job. She was ready when I arrived.
I'm not big on manicures but since getting a gel manicure a few months ago, it's been good for maintaining my nails. They grow fast so clear with a color tip will be my go to. This salon is close to my job so will work around my schedule to get back here. This photo is almost 3 weeks in.

Called Saturday for an appoint for Monday at 10AM.
Came in five minutes prior to my appointment and was greeted and told to sit in the first chair. Pedicure was nice. I forgot to ask the gentleman what his name was, but he did a wonderful job. I asked to leave the length, round the edges, and file. It's nice to receive exactly what you want. Also, items such as files and scrubs for your soles are disposed of, so no need for worry with cross contamination. I only took down one star because I didn't receive much of a massage. I'm sure that was because I chose the basic pedicure. It

Came on to get my nails painted, they look good (nothing out of this world) it was on the website that polish was $8, so I was confused when my bill came to $50. I asked the staff why the bill was so high the staff spoke to each other in Vietnamese (rude) then informed me that was just for regular polish and I got gel. Nowhere was this posted in the store or on the website, I don't like being blindsided and unfortunately the difference came from the tip. They do good work, but unfortunately will not be going back.

This place needs a lot of fixing.... I called days before to book for me & my friend to celebrate her bday with a pedicure. It took 40 mins after the appointment time to start. Very backed up with people waiting & not very good service. Super rushed for the price. Some organizations & better scheduling would be appreciated...

They WAY overbook. They have a bowline booking system that they don't respect at all. Walk ins take priority so why bother.
Been waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time and I haven't even been offered water or gotten an apology or waiting time expectation. Two other people are also waiting with the same appointment time as mine and they are just starting to work on several others that got here before us.
They could at least seat me in the massage chair.

I've come here plenty of times and have been taken care of well. The problem is the last time I was in it took an hour to even see me when I made an appointment for 3pm & then they kept taking walk ins instead of TURNING THEM AWAY! If you guys have appointments that you know about then DONT ACCEPT EVERY WALK-IN let them know hold on bc I have 3 appointments here already. I'm so irritated that I was there for over 3 hours & I didn't even get the right color on my polish. Just do better! Like I pay good money & you guys treated you loyal costumers today like trash

All the staff were friendly and fun! They worked us in form a small group for pedicures and the service was so great I went back for my nails while I was here for vacation. I highly recommend them! They did a wonderful job.

Such a wonderful experience, despite the fact that they were running a little behind everything was great. The women who did my pedicure did such a great job! As well as the person who did my full set. They took their time and made sure everything was to my liking. I also love how social everyone was talking to all the customers and making sure everyone was comfortable. 100% recommend.

So happy I tripped over this place! Recently transplanted to the area and needed a new nail joint (sorry, Elle Nails, too far to drive now!) This place is by my target/Costco so i figured I'd give it a shot.
No appointment but was seen right away (9am Thursday morning) by Kimberly who didn't object to my overly caffeinated self chatting at her through the $40 pedi and a dip mani... which is pictured below in its perfection.
AND I find out that the lady who owns this salon used to work at Elle, along with at least one other tech, so it's like coming home for me.

I came here on Thursday February 25th for an acrylic manicure and it was the worst experience ever. First off I came to get my nails done because I was getting married 2 days later. The guy who did my nails cut 3 of my cuticles on my left hand so bad that they bled. So for my wedding and wedding pictures I had red, scabbed irritated cuticles. It was the most embarrassing thing and let alone painful. I will never go back here and paid what I did.

If your looking for something quick but low quality then this place will work.
However if you actually care what your nails look like, then go someplace else.
I have been ignored by my tech and left just sitting, insulted, made to bleed, and a crap paint job.
Definitely won't be back
Update. 3 days later...my gel nails are cracking. Very noticeable with the French tips. Also, the gel is peeling at the sides. Enough so that I can grab it & peel the gel off the nail.
However if you actually care what your nails look like, then go someplace else.

She gave me a weak leg/foot massage. Then she made me wait 15 minutes because she had to wax someone's eyebrows. When she did my gel manicure I asked her to file my nails square. They were

Kimberly did a great job on my nails and toes! The place seemed clean and they don't nickel and dime you for everything like a lot of salons do these days. (My last salon charged $5 to remove my polish!) I had a broken toenail and Kimberly was happy to repair it with some acrylic with no charge. They also have a great selection of colors that match their toenail colors and they can do nail art too.
The salon is not fancy, but the work they do is comparable to a high-end salon with great prices. I recommend giving this place a try.

Ok sooo I've been coming here every 2 weeks since the beginning of June 2016 thanks to a recommendation of one of my girlfriends {thanks Elizabeth!}. Since June I've had all but two of their team do my nails {gel mani, pedicure or polish change}. With that being said I *L O V E* this place. I have zero complaints.
These guys are super busy so don't expect a same day appointment or to be seen as a walk in...if you really want same day expect a late afternoon appointment but trust me you WANT to schedule an appointment in in advance, these guys are amazing. Not only do they do amazing
