I have received outstanding and superior service. Bria is patient and responsive. She responds to all my questions promptly, with the utmost professionalism. I was treated as an individual, not a number ( as I was with my previous insurance). Happy to have made the switch. Nicole has always gone out of her way to assist me. When I thought about shopping around to get lower rates she discussed with me some of the differences in all of the different homeowners policies on the market and how a lower price sometimes equals much less coverage. So glad I listened because I had a house fire two months later. Not only did State Farm come through at claims time but Nicole showed up at my house after I called her office to report what was happening. She was there so quick the firemen were still trying to put out the fire (and she bought us lunch, had a hotel lined up for us

By far my best experience so far dealing with insurance. The agent (owner) and the ladies that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t just try to sell me a policy when I first came to this office 4 years ago but wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying and how I’d be covered should there ever be a claim. Well that day has come and they were there for me today just like they promised 4 years ago.
