Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. The old owner Steve was wonderful. Unfortunately the new owner, Kyle, is completely incompetent. From start to finish our experience was nothing but terrible. He is unprofessional and unreliable. We had to continually ask him to write and post the obituary even after he told us he would do it and took all the information. After 5 days of waiting for the obituary draft he sent it to us and it could have been written by a 5 year old. Once he finally posted the obituary our loved one's name was spelled incorrectly despite being told how to correctly
