I had the pleasure of two rides with Stone Oak Limousine when I visited San Antonio. Both times the drivers were on time or early and presented very professionally. The vehicles were very nice and comfortable. I will always call on Stone Oak when in the area. Thank you for taking the worry out of travel.

Great service but I was charged twice. Pre-charged for a New Years eve booking, charged for additional time we used (no issues) but then charged the original fee again days after the service. Talked to the owner shortly after, he said he would refund and never has. Now won't answer the phone or return a call. Disputed with credit card company but Stone Oak just gives them the receipt of their charge. I really wanted to use this service for all of our limo services as they worked great but I can't get this reconciled. Unfortunate.

Hands down best transportation experiences every time we need them! All of our drivers have been amazing! Rusty is truly a God send even when we have needed something in a pinch. I wouldn't rate this limo service with any positive feedback. I wish there was a negative star!!! I rented and prepaid for a party bus for our kids for prom in February. At last minute he called and said it "broke down" the night before. So they sent a bus which would not hold all the kids. We were promised a refund for the kids that ended up having to drive themselves and still have not received a dime of a refund. Horrible Service!!! I had to give them a star, otherwise I couldn't post my bad experience.

Rusty always the transportation we need for our events, and these drivers have got to be some of the best San Antonio has got. Stone Oak stepped in when another Limo service cancelled. They were extremely nice and professional. I rented the limo for my son and his bride, for their wedding. There was a miscommunication between me and the bride (for pick up from hotel to venue), no fault of the Stone Oak Limo, they went out of their way to rectify the issue and accommodated… everyone. They are very prompt, courteous and professional. The Groom and Bride loved the limo. It was the perfect send off! I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and to you!

We used Stone Oak Limo this past weekend for a night out and they certainly lived up to our expectations. Our driver James was knowledgeable on places to go that we could go have fun and chill for a bit. He had no problem just driving around and letting us just enjoy being driven around in a limo. I will be using Stone Oak Limo again in the near future for an upcoming golf tournament that I play in every year! Great job Rusty and team!!

Rusty was fantastic with offering advice for our limo service for our two families with college-age students. Ronnie, our driver, arrived early, was accommodating to all of our requests, and was unfailingly polite and good humored! We had a blast, and I would highly recommend Stone Oak as a great New Year's Eve ride! Ronnie found a great place for us to watch the fireworks to end our evening.

My first time working with Stone Oak Limo service. Great service from start to finish. Rusty, the owner worked with me to arrange the service and then picked us up on the day of the event. He was friendly and professional the whole way. The car was clean and comfortable. Rusty was 10 minutes early to the correct pick up point and drop off point. After talking with him, I discovered he is hiring veterans. As a recently retired military person, I really appreciate his taking a chance on a veteran. We will use his service again for an upcoming birthday party.

NO SHOW on pickup date from airport.
