Sleep on your back. This might sound like a crazy request (unless you already sleep on your back), but it's really important directly following your application, since the glue takes a while to dry fully and you'll otherwise get weird kinks. After a night or two, resume your normal sleeping position.

The women doing my nails kept cleaning the edges with her actual NAIL !!! I let it slide once but after I told
Her stop cleaning the edges with her nails, it's so gross . What professional nail tech would do that with her nails. Use a brush like every other place.
They don't use new buffers or filers literally just put it back on the tray and move on to the next person no type of cleaning.

I called a few shops that took walk-ins and twin nails was the first, with good reviews to answer and say they had availability and accept walk-ins. I was sat right away and helped by Moon. I showed her an example of what I wanted and she was super sweet and patient with me. I got a full set gel fill, French tip and jewels. My total came out to $75. I find this pricing decent compared to other shops I have been to for a similar/same service.

The woman who was removing my gel x didn't let my fingers soak long enough & began trying to painfully peel them off, causing damage to my natural nail. I kept trying to tell her to let them soak. When she got frustrated, she just started clipping & I've been trying to let my natural nails grow. She even ripped one off & it peeled some of my skin.
The one doing my pedicure kept pointing at two options on the menu that said $37 & kept insisting a sugar scrub. I kept telling her I just want callus. Finally I even asked okay- same price? She said yes. Then I was charged

I am a regular at Twin Nails for over two years now. I used to go to another nail spot on sunset before, but they were always too busy to take me in when I had time. I found twin nails called them up, and they had immediate availability. I first met Kim, very friendly and great work!
Than I met Judy and Kathy! They are amazing! I used to go every two weeks, now I go about every 3-4 weeks because my dip nails last that long ! These are my real nails, they grow nice and healthy.

I appreciated the service! And my nails came out great. They have gel-x and do them well. I love finding salons that can confidently do Gel-x. I got the pedicure where they put the purple gel foam on your feet as massage, and it felt amazing and so relaxing. Only downside is that the parking is awful, and the aesthetic/vibe of the salon didn't feel up to par with the expensive prices.

Got my nails done today and ever since I left I've been looking down at my hands like these don't look right. The nails are so fat and they curve over. It's almost impossible to type with them. I've never had nails come out this bad. After $70 and over an hour at the salon I'm ready to soak them off. My nails look like dinosaur claws
I used to come here pre pandemic and they were fine so not sure what happened. I want my money and my time back.

I went in to have my gels removed. They had 3D on them and instead of telling me they didn't know what to do, they proceeded to clip and rip all my gels off without soaking, completely ruining my natural nails in the process. One even bled., and i had to REQUEST that they use something antibacterial on that one. I even told them what to do, they needed to be ground down and soaked, but they ignored me and destroyed my nails and even blamed me in the process. i don't know why i didn't immediately leave but it was just one of those situations were you're going off the rails and frozen - not to mention

I had nail tech named Sarah who did my gel pedicure. TERRIBLE.
First of all, she had me sit down on this pedicure chair with ZERO social distance. No empty seat in between anybody. I was the middle person between 2 other clients. After I sit, she says "oh let me clean for you" so she cleans my seat after I already sat down. No proper sanitation, not following CDC guidelines. How is this place open?
It gets worse. She ripped skin off the side of my big toe causing intense pain and excess bleeding. Her response to me yelping in pain was "oh haha yeah

Staff are nice and friendly. They take care when doing your nails. Pedicures come with a variety of options, callous remover and salt scrub, massages, etc. They take credit card, tip should be in cash! The only negative is the parking as the lot is shared with other businesses and can be hard to get into at times.

I don’t know where to begin. I’ve come to this place a few times and each time the manicure is mediocre. My last experience the woman doing my nails kept insisting I get fake nails when I told her I want my real nails only and short. She kept insisting and kept on, her nail design was awful. She handled my hands carelessly and within 4 days gel polish came completely off one nail.

My acrylic full ser turned out very beautiful! However, I asked for regular polish and they gave me gel which ended up being double the price ($60 instead of $35). So just make sure you really double & triple check that they’re giving you what you asked for! They also cut me with the electric file. However, they accept same-day appointments and walk-ins which is a great plus.

I went their earlier place was not that clean. I spent 109 dollars . I had deluxe 69.00 plus fill was 42 gel had my own nail not fake . The lady never give discount and put my socks on floor it was dirty. They was not cleaning chair after customer . It got to be to many people inside.. The air was not good in that small place. I will not go there again poor service .

Back at Twin Nails and so happy with the service! I got an acrylic full set and a gel pedicure. Tina did both! She is talented, patient, and funny too :) She also helped me choose which style , especially since I'm pretty indecisive. We went with a French ombré with unicorn chrome on top. You can't really see in the picture but it has a slight pink tint! And for the toes, I got white since you can't go wrong with white toes in the summer.
Parking can be a little tight since the lot is small, but I had no trouble finding parking on a Thursday morning.

So my first time coming here, I called to make an appointment. Got there, and it was packed. I don't think they wrote my appointment down because they were acting like I was a walk-in. Waited almost 30min and was frustrated so I left.
