I rarely complain about a service but this time it was pretty poorly done I feel like I have to share. I had gotten a manicure here back in July that was ok. This time I decided to go in for a mani pedi, and honestly I walked out disappointed. My heels are still super dry, rough, and cracked. My hands at the end were dryer than when I walked in, they didn't even hydrate my cuticles.. won't go back there.

Really bummed out at the service. Was looking for a new go to nail salon and I can’t come back here. My technician was rough and cut my cuticle to bleeding three times. Not exactly relaxing. The front desk staff just kind of shrugged when I pointed it out. There seemed to be other good artists there. But not a good experience today.

Great technicians, gel nail holds well and lasts for 2 weeks. Lovely lady manages the place, she doesn’t smile but she is sweet and on point and takes good care of everyone.

Popped in for a pedicure ahead of my trio to Puerto Vallarta, MEX. Quick foot touch up ahead of days & days of beach days so I was in need of a spruce up for my feet. My nail technician did a great job & really paid attention to detail. Very quick, very affordable but as with the business name felt casual but also luxe!

I loved it there it was so girly and they had snandulers and beautiful butterfly drawing all over the walls the floor are immaculately clean and the girls are so nice and gentle when found your feet and hands. And there was only girls allowed men waiting other side for wife to get there hands feet done I do recommend to other great place and very nice people. God bless them all . The manger even gave me cold bottle water . I will go again for sure I've had it done about a week and polish hasn't cheapest off like other in two day so good product and very nice people

I cannot recommend this place. I requested dip powder and the receptionist was very nice and noted that down but I got there a different older lady asked in a very rude tone, " Why do you want dip?" Her tone was not an inquisitive tone but judgemental. I told her that I did not trust myself with gel because I chip away the nail polish. I have a usual nail salon I go to in Burbank and it lasts me about 3 weeks and I actually have to go in to have it removed. Now exactly one week after paying $60 for their dip powder manicure, my nails are chipping off. I have two completely naked nails. This has

Had a really positive experience today, getting a mani pedi from Muggi and Tiffany. The salon is clean and well kept; the ladies did a really great job of cleaning up and painting my nails. Better than my experience with places in Ktown.
Definitely going again!

Round2 this time I had Lucy and she made my sparkly shiny dreams come true with a gel rose gold chrome manicure. The entire process was magical and blew my mind. No idea you first get bright neon pink which is topped by a gold powder which equals rose gold! Holy f*. Just beautiful! Thanks Lucy and luxe! I shine brighter! 🌟💕🌟

This place is great, but has gone down a little bit over the years. It was super luxe in the earlier days, but could use an upgrade. Still, I love this place— few places serve you your drink of choice while you get pampered anymore.

Overall the place is ok, but:
1. Overpriced
2. Not the best nail job
Let me start by saying the prices here are very expensive for the quality of service you are getting and for the quality of the salon itself.
I got gel mani and regular pedi, with tip total $75. If you get anything extra or "upgraded" service the price goes way up.
For these price there are better nail salons in Beverly Hills.
Even though the nail technician was not rushing and doing the job careful, it was lacking the skill. There was way too much gel polish applied so my nails look bulky and one of my nails got a large
